The firm leverages its experience, knowledge and expertise along with its strategic partnerships to continually assess and stay ahead of market trends and best position its acquisitions for financial success.
Founded in 2016 by Abe Cohen, Conway has acquired more than 50 buildings and 500 apartments with a cumulative market value of over $350 million. Cohen has a diverse and robust background in growing and maintaining high-yielding assets and is directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition, re-positioning and/or redevelopment process of each.

The Conway Legacy
Founded in 1938

In the late 1930’s, what would become Conway Stores was founded by David and Abe Cohen, young men determined to provide for their mother and sisters. A small store on Fordham Road in the Bronx, NY, would ultimately grow into an iconic leader in the discount apparel industry in the United States.
Over a period of nearly 8 decades, thousands of new immigrants were given their first jobs at Conway. Tens of millions of customers shopped in the stores, and hundreds of millions of outstanding values were provided on lady’s, children’s and men’s apparel, and home products.
Nearly 100 years later, Conway Capital is building on the legacy of their founders with efforts that reflect the same immovable values.
Our mission is to continue in their footsteps and build a real estate empire.
